Autumn is often a time when new entrants to the profession begin their new career. How can we make sure that new entrants are supported and made welcome as they embark on a new career during the current pandemic. How do we support people as they return from furlough particularly when processes have been changed by patent offices, and thus returnees will need to update their knowledge as they return.
