This webinar deals with the strategic and tactical aspects of Opposition. It takes into account any changes resulting from a move to vicon but covers tactics applicable before the move and hopefully one day applicable when the EPO goes back to in person hearings.
Ilya Kazi is the founder of IK-IP. He has been involved in over 4000 applications and about a hundred oppositions and appeals. Ilya has extensive oral proceedings expertise both in person and by vicon. He is also a qualified litigator who has litigated in the High Court and represented in IPEC and is recognised as an IP Star and IP Strategist.
