Synopsis

This webinar will explain the latest thinking in patent procedure and strategy in Latin America.  It will focus on the legal situation in the three largest economies in the region, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, with expert speakers from all three jurisdictions.

In addition to essential knowledge for UK practitioners seeking to obtain protection in the region, the session will cover the latest thinking on important topics including the patenting of medical methods, software patents, and enforcement.
