Synopsis

Get up early for this Antipodean webinar! Amanda Stark and Toby Thompson of Griffith Hack will provide an update on patent practice developments in Australia and New Zealand.  Whilst Australia and New Zealand are often considered to be relatively straightforward jurisdictions in which to obtain patent rights, the effect of legislative changes is now being felt through the courts and in patent office practice.  This webinar will provide guidance on effective patenting strategies before both offices, highlight key differences from practice before the EPO, and provide an overview of relevant recent court decisions.
