CIPA President gives evidence to House of Lords on Brexit

CIPA President Stephen Jones has given evidence to the House of Lords' EU Justice Sub-Committee as part of its inquiry into the effects of Brexit on intellectual property. 

Stephen gave evidence alongside Kevin Mooney, of Simmons and Simmons, Chairman of the Committee tasked with drafting the Rules and Procedure of the Unified Patent Court (UPC), on the impact of Brexit on plans for a unitary patent and Unified Patent Court and the European trade mark and designs system.
