Thanks to our technology, we’ve responded well to the current requirement for home working and have continued to grow our client base. For example, on the records side, we have an entirely electronic double-docketing system based on a self-developed web app.

We’re now looking to appoint a full-time Intellectual Property Administrator to join our team of records professionals. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to assist with docketing communications and managing data on our Patricia® records system, as well as handling validations and renewals.

Essential qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • Good knowledge of IP formalities and administration
  • CIPA Patent Administrator qualification
  • Good communication skills

Desirable skills and attributes include:

  • Knowledge of Patricia® records system
  • Experience of handling validations and renewals 

We can accommodate a range of experience levels and the role can be adapted to suit additional interests or skills.

Our main hub is in Cheddar, surrounded by beautiful countryside; we also have facilities in Bristol. All our team is currently working only from home. If you are not able to relocate to our region, but are otherwise interested in this role, please discuss your requirements with us.
