The Faculty of Advocates is proud to present the 12th Annual World Intellectual Property Day Conference over lunchtime on Friday 26 April 2019.
Every year around April 26, we celebrate World IP Day in order to learn more about the role that IP rights (patents, trade marks, industrial designs, domain names, copyright etc.) play in encouraging innovation and creativity.
This free event will once again be chaired by Roisin Higgins QC, Advocate and IP law specialist and Graeme McWilliams, Legal Counsel, Standard Life Assurance Legal. Our speakers this year include Susan Ferguson-Snedden, Head of Legal and Compliance at Historic Environment Scotland.
