Garreth Duncan is a UK and European Patent Attorney and a partner at D Young & Co. Garreth’s 20 years’ experience in the patent profession embraces all chemical areas with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals. He has particular experience in obtaining SPCs and other forms of patent term extension, advising clients on SPC strategies and filing and prosecuting SPC portfolios throughout Europe on a number of important marketed pharmaceutical and plant protection products. Garreth has previously worked as in-house attorney at Pfizer in both their European and US Patent Departments
