Job title
Chemistry Patent Attorney (In-House) – Buckinghamshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established pharmaceutical company, to assist with a wide variety of patent and Intellectual Property related tasks to ensure that the company’s IP is comprehensively protected.

Applicants should be European qualified Patent Attorneys, with dual qualification as a UK Chartered Patent Attorney being beneficial. You will be able to demonstrate post-qualification experience handling pharmaceutical subject-matter, covering a wide range of matters relating to the management of IP – preferably including patent drafting, and advising in relation to patentability and freedom to operate. With a background in Life Sciences or Chemistry, candidates may come from a similar role within industry, or from a private practice setting, as long as you are able to demonstrate a commercial approach to your work.
