Billing Administrator – London
A fantastic opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join a fast-growing law firm in their London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the accounts and billing processes within the firm and will be working within the accounts team to assist with duties such as:
- Posting of various documents such as purchase invoices, bank payments and bank receipts
- Preparation of invoices
- Managing clients billing arrangements
- Reconciliation of accounts
To be successful in this role candidates will have experience in a similar role within a professional services firm. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential for this role as well having a good attention to detail. An understanding of Inprotech and Sage would be advantageous in this role.
