Refunds

 Seminars

Refunds are available if notification at cpd@cipa.org.uk is received up to until 7 working days before the event; thereafter no refunds payable but delegate substitution can take place.

 

Webinars

Non Refundable but delegates can transfer to a colleague up to 24 hours before the webinar.

 

CIPA Congress

Non Refundable

 

Battle of the Bands Socials

Non Refundable

 

IPEC Course

Non Refundable

 

EPO Proceedings Course

Full payment is required before we send you the Part I course materials.  CIPA will refund your course fee if you cancel your place before 6 March 2017.  After that, we will not unfortunately be able to refund fees.  You may however transfer your booking to another delegate in your organisation, with sufficient advance warning.

 

Publications

Book orders cannot be cancelled once the book has been received. In the unlikely event that  your order arrives damaged, with a material manufacturing defect, or a material defect in workmanship, contact us at publications@cipa.org.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will work with you to secure a replacement copy.

 

Membership Fees

Members will have  until March 31st to inform CIPA is that the membership fee you have paid for is no longer valid – at membership@cipa.org.uk otherwise it is non-refundable.
